The Regional Leadership Academy is a two-day leadership and training program to further develop leadership skills, promote public service, and support effective, impactful leaders in AAPI communities across the country. The program also allows APAICS to partner with local community leaders to discuss current issues affecting the AAPI community in the region, provide leadership training, and develop the growing network of past APAICS program participants. Both current AAPI leaders and those looking to run for public office will benefit from this practical leadership training. The program will emphasize vital skills regarding the development of a social media strategy, campaign fundraising, and locally-significant policy issues.
We encourage emerging AAPI leaders from the Great Philadelphia Area, and the Delaware Valley more broadly, to join us.
