RRoberto is the founder and President of Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (ESI), a company that focuses in providing high-end and multi-disciplinary Management and Information Technology (IT) consulting services to Commercial and Government clients. Now in its 15th year, ESI is a successful company having been named in the top 30% of 2010 Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing companies with core competencies in Business Process Transformation and Management; Knowledge Management; Information Technology; Outreach and Communication Strategies; and Media and Production. Collectively, through ESI’s services, our clients have realized over $100 million in cost savings and Return on Investments (ROIs). In 2010, Roberto also developed the media and production capabilities of ESI that focuses in creating a network of Internet TV channels focused in assisting organizations gain visibility in the mainstream through the use of Streaming Video, Internet TV and social media marketing.

Roberto is an active participant in Filipino-American and Asian-American communities. Currently, Roberto is a member of the Board of Directors for the US-Philippines Society (www.usphilippinessociety.org), the preeminent Filipino-American organization in the U.S., whose mission is to increase the Philippines’ profile in the US, support the Fil-Am communities, and promote leadership and encourage Filipino Americans to get involved in community services and political process.   Roberto is also a founding member and President of Cartwheel Foundation International, Inc. (CFI), a newly formed non-profit organization that will focus in conducting research and applied research in areas such as education, healthcare, information technology, etc. In addition, CFI also provides early childhood development and education, adult literacy training, and college scholarship programs to the Indigenous People (IP) in the Philippines. Roberto has served Directorship positions at the National Council for Asian American Business Associations and the Philippine- American Chamber of Commerce where he provided leadership and mentorship to members in demystifying the intricacies and complexities of Government Contracting as well as empowered members to enter the entrepreneurial world.
