Honoring Service and Leadership in Military Veterans

Approximately 6% of active-duty service members in the U.S. military identify as AA & NH/PI, totaling around 64,800, and there are over 300,000 living veterans. This panel delves into the journeys of AA & NH/PI individuals in the military and as veterans. Panelists will share stories of service, leadership, and resilience, addressing challenges such as representation, breaking stereotypes, and navigating identity within military institutions. Discussions will also explore the contributions of AA & NH/PI veterans to their communities and the ongoing efforts to recognize their service.
